frequently asked questions:

HOW DO I ORDER A SHOOT?
Scheduling is very easy.  Just order what you need on this site, we will then contact you to set up dates / times for your shoot. 

WHAT IS THE DELIVERY TIME FRAME FOR PROCESSED IMAGES?
We work diligently to make sure we can deliver all processed images within 24 - 36 hours after a shoot.  Video editing is generally 36-48 hours and websites are 24 hours.  

HOW DO I RECEIVE MY IMAGES?
You will receive a link to a private folder on google drive for photos.  Videos are generally uploaded to YouTube unless otherwise asked and websites are live.

HOW DO I CHOOSE THE PHOTOGRAPHS?
Before the shoot, if you desire any specific angles, please don’t hesitate to let us know. If you are on-site during the process, we would be more than happy to accommodate any specific angles you prefer. 

DO I HAVE TO BE AT THE PROPERTY THE WHOLE TIME?
Only to film interiors. We are fully self sufficient and don’t require client attendance to film the exterior, but you are more than welcome to be involved in the process as much as you like. 

WHAT DO I HAVE TO DO TO PREPARE MY PROPERTY?
As soon as we schedule an appointment, you will receive a brief list of recommendations to make your property stand out.

HOW LONG DOES THE SESSION TAKE?
The whole process should take just under an hour for any property less than 4,000 square feet. For larger properties please allow a little bit more time to cover everything.

DO YOU OFFER EXPEDITED SERVICES?
We understand that certain situations require immediate publishing. Do not hesitate to ask if we can schedule a last minute shoot and return images on the same day. We are prepared to go above and beyond to fulfill unexpected and surprise needs.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I MUST CANCEL OR RESCHEDULE A SHOOT?
Please let us know as soon as possible if any scheduling conflicts arise.  We understand last minute showings and appointments are unavoidable. With a 48hr lead time, re-scheduling should not be an issue. If you must cancel a shoot, within less than 24hrs, a  cancellation fee of $50 applies.

DO YOU HAVE A RAINY DAY CONTINGENCY?
We shoot rain or shine. Our team has the ability to brighten all exterior photos and interiors.  If the weather conditions are extreme and become hazardous, we will reschedule at a time convenient for our client.

HOW DO I MAKE A PAYMENT?
Payment can be made on this website here prior to the photo shoot.

HOW LONG DO YOU STORE MY IMAGES?
We keep your images on our server for around six months, then delete.
